Through the Ecitim.com project, anyone can own power production at a renewable energy production plant. For example, if you live in an apartment block, it is very difficult to install photovoltaic panels, and if you live in a house, you may have constraints in terms of space or appearance. Those who conduct commercial activities in premises on blocks or rented ground floors are also given an important segment. Even if you are not among those described above and just want to get passive income, you can own power production in a photovoltaic plant we developed.
The advantages are particularly interesting. Thus, you are protected from the beginning against the fluctuation of the cost of electricity. The remarkable performance of photovoltaic panels, generated by their design and selection, together with low maintenance costs – which refer to repair, cleaning, security services and last but not least, insurance against weather phenomena – are arguments that underlie the guarantee of a significant passive income for a long time.

Our activity report for the last months
December 1, 2022 – We have decided to franchise the portal
August 18, 2022 – We have started the DIOSITI project, where 4 400KWp photovoltaic plants were installed each.
July 28, 2022 – We connected to the energy and started production for the second project: Tompack
June 29, 2022 – We linked Mirror park with the national power distribution network and started filling the nationwide network with green energy.
June 8, 2022 – We obtained technical approval for the connection for our newest project, MIRROR park;
From May 31, 2022, Mirror Group Print’s activities were separated from those of the energiepentrutoti.ro platform and transferred to Ecitim Portal S.A. Boring but necessary action!
On May 25, 2022, all the formalities in our charge were completed, the documents being submitted to Distribuție Electrică Oltenia, the regional branch of the national electricity distribution company, to connect our first park, with a total power greater than 250kW.
On May 5, 2022, we completed all the papers on the contracting and commissioning process for our first park. On the same day, we finished the fund collection for this park.
But maybe the most important date in our history remains
April 22, 2022, when our Energy Portal was launched, we opened the way for everybody to buy shares necessary for energy production and access documents and contracts.
Our first solar farm was born on February 25, 2022 – a bittersweet date. Because our hope had been lost, energy prices went up like a rocket and running our primary business became extremely difficult. The evolution of the energy market and the impossibility of forecasting our expenses led us to build our photovoltaic park. Today it has all the approvals obtained, it is already operational, and its outcomes can be followed live on our website, www.Ecitim.com
Questions and answers
This platform is a specially designed meeting place for people who share their passion for renewable energy. Here the Managers present their latest projects, allowing investors to access a well-defined slice of them, depending on their current financial possibilities. At the same time, this platform also represents an umbrella for investors. Here they can gain reliable financial security. Protected from the fluctuations of the energy market, and a guaranteed passive income throughout the plant’s lifetime in which they have invested. Finally, this platform provides all the tools for contractual operation between the parties. Real-time access to energy production values and benefits from the automatic generation of documents specific to each party involved in the project.
We don’t know, and it doesn’t matter. We can assure you the Manager is a trusted person because the Managers’ access to the platform is made only after a thorough check by the platform representatives of his previous activity. Commercially, legally and, of course, technically, the Manager must prove his eligibility before joining our platform. This selection ensures that our collaboration will run as smoothly as possible. Depending on the status of the investor, Consumer or Consumer Pro, we set different levels to access the information inside the platform.
Before publishing on the platform, every project is analysed from a technical and commercial point of view. One of the tests is a statistical analysis based on the history of temperatures and sunny days/year in the area where this project will be launched. Our research also includes the evolution of the energy price, the upward or downward trends, as well as the global economic and social situation. We are aware that we have extremely many factors whose predictability is volatile. To control these variables under acceptable terms, we imposed a minimum return threshold of 12%/year.
Within the platform, we cover a very large geographical area.
This fact generates many specific situations, both from a technical and legal point of view.
Local authorities respond differently to requests, often with other regulations. All these particularities reflect on the final offer of the Managers. But if you have access to an offer, it already meets the minimum conditions of profitability because of our previous analysis.
Depending on the amount invested, the terms of the contract may be changed. Thus, if you are considering an investment bigger than 50,000 Euros, you can request the adaptation of the agreement to your particular case.
To obtain a negotiation, you have two ways of action:
- The creation of a Consumer Pro account that gives you access to the data of the respective Project Manager. In this case, the negotiation will be between you and the Manager;
- Also, you can e-mail the platform at contact@ecitim.com, where you detail your request. In this case, the authorized representatives of the platform will take over the negotiations for you, constantly consulting you until the requested commercial conditions are obtained.
If you want to withdraw, you have two possibilities to end the collaboration:
- You can cancel the contract by sending an e-mail notification to the platform address reziliere@Ecitim.com. Our representatives will take over your issue and negotiate with Manager’s representatives the termination of the contract.
- You can also profit by selling your packages through the platform.
In this case, you only have to notify us, and we will take the necessary steps.
We will advertise your exit among the Consumers registered on our platform so your offer reaches as many potential buyers as possible.
And the commission due to the platform for the activity of promoting your request will be paid at the end of the transaction.
We are aware that contractual differences may sometimes arise between the players.
Out of the desire to facilitate a peaceful solution, we have created the e-mail address sesizari@energiepentrutoti.ro, where we invite all our customers to convey their differences with the Managers in detail. Our legal department will study them and present a solution considered a sufficiently fair platform for all parties involved.
If you are not satisfied with the presented solution, you have the following options:
- Calling ANPC – National Agency for Consumer Protection. Communication with this institution can be done by phone, at Romanian number 021.9551 or through the Online Notification Form found on the institution’s website.
- Calling the European emergency number 112, which will direct you to the County Police Inspectorate at Manager’s address.
As a last resort, if none of the above solutions can resolve the differences, appeal to the Court authorized to resolve disputes, which is the Court at Manager’s address.
